Microsoft Office Picture Manager allows you to easily manage and edit pictures and supports the following file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, tif, tiff, wmf and emf. You can use Picture Manager to adjust the brightness and contrast of an image, change the colour, crop, rotate and flip, resize and compress the image.

To launch Microsoft Office Picture Manager:
Click on Start | Programs | Microsoft Office | Microsoft Office Tools | Microsoft Office Picture Manager to display the Picture Manager Interface.
